Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum works on a semester basis with six subjects per 1semester. There are in total 144 credits that the students can earn during the course. Apart from the classroom sessions, there is also an internship for four weeks which accounts for four credits.
Placement Experience
The college specializes in providing internships for all students. Both BA and MA students will have to undergo the internship program for 30 days. This helps in establishing an understanding between classroom knowledge and how to apply them at work.
College Events
Since this is a mass communication college, there are many events around the videography and journalism side that keeps happening throughout the year. Students also enjoy participating in the dance, music and arts contests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course fee is affordable and the student can make the payment easily. The course has two semesters and the course fee is to be paid at the beginning of each semester. There is also an option to avail loan facility to ease the burden.
Campus Life
The college encourages extra curricular activities among students. There is a fully equipped gymnasium open for students to workout. There are also many indoor and outdoor sports activities for students.
Admission
For BA Journalism and mass communication, the students must have completed both 10th and 12th standard. They must have studied English as one of the subjects in school. Once the documents are verified and the eligibility conditions are met, the college takes a decision on the admission of the student.
Faculty
The faculty are extremely knowledgeable and they have vast experience behind them in terms of real time work. Therefore they are able to provide hands-on approach to learning which enables the students to learn faster.
