Gargaon College moments

The duration of the course was of 3 years. As I'm interested in science the college was best for me because it focused on new research and practicals. The laboratories with adequate equipments was available for that. Along with this library, canteen, large classrooms were also available. The final exam at each semester was conducted by the college.

Placement and job opportunities were quite good. Different MNCs and reputed organizations came to the college for placement. Some talented students also got placement. Different aptitude sessions and mock interviews were scheduled by the college.

The events were the pride of the college. All the festivals, republic Day, independence day, freshers party, annual function, convocation and much more celebrated in the college premises. Along with this, different technical activities were also conducted by the college.

The fees structure of the college was too less. As it was the most affordable fees structure in Assam. The college charged just 3-4 thousands rs for any of the graduation course. Scholarships were also available for talented students and poor students.

Extracurricular activities were the strength of the college. Aptitude sessions and mock interviews were arranged by the college. Along with this, different workshop on new researches and seminars on innovations and ideas were frequently arranged by the college. Sports activities like tennis, football, cricket were also organised by the college.

Gargaon College is one of the reputed and affordable Institute for graduation and diploma courses in Assam. I admitted here after completing my 12th for bachelor of science. The admission process is too simple. I filled the application form. First merit list is published after some days. And As I got good marks in 12th I'm in the merit list and I took admission in Gargaon College.

The faculty of the college was highly qualified and genius. They had a depth knowledge of each of the science subject. They had about 7-8 years of experience so I learnt various skills from them. They were also friendly and helpful. I think, they were the best faculty of the college.
