I thank East West college of engineering for the opportunity it gave me to study in this college. I got lots of memories from my teachers and batchmates. It was a great happy learning experience from this college

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of my college was amazing as the students were provided with equal learning and extracurricular opportunities. The college had great infrastructure with well built labs, classrooms and libraries

Placement Experience

The college had great placement records. The placement cell of the college was very hard working. Companies like reliance, Google, Infosys, etc., used to visit our college in the last semester and selected the candidates on the basis of their academic performance and achievements

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of my college was very cooperative and affordable as relaxations were provided to students of reserved category and with weak economical backgrounds in fee payments regarding studies and other expenses

Campus Life

The course curriculum of the college included both theoretical and practical learning and hence many societies like NSS, sports, dancing, etc., were formed in our college to offer opportunities to students to learn and develop practical soft skills and all rounder personalities

Admission

As soon as the board results were declared, I applied in east west college of engineering and appeared in the entrance examination conducted by the college to select candidates for admission. I qualified the exam and got admission

Faculty

The faculty of my college was the best. All the teachers were very friendly with the students from the very first day of college and helped them in dealing with their problems and queries regarding their subjects

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

I choose computer science and engineering because I'm interested in technology and programming and trsungs so choose computer science and I belive cs is more is more scope and I also need to know how technology solve the real world problem .

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Likes

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports
Adds extra curricular activities like teaching AI and other trending topics in college

Dislikes

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food
Thought schedule everyday hard to cope up with everything

Good the teachers find the best ways to make the subject interesting and teach us in the most interesting way they will help the weak students to feel the subject as a cake walk and help all the students out in the same way

It was good professors and friendly teaching staff
Campus life is good, it provide new opportunities and has events and various clubs
Everyone here are good and friendly and is a lovely place to study

Dislikes

Hospital is far from college, which is again not an issue as they send bus service
It can give and provide more opportunities
Hostel facilities can be improved and they can build few more lecture halls

I chose this course because I wanted to help the needy. Also this college provides best education for mbbs to come out with beautiful colours, they provide so many opportunities. There will be three internal assessments and one final university exam

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Hostel food. Rooms facility. Library. Canteen.

Dislikes

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

Good ranking of college among other private colleges of India
Best location of college in the silicon valley of India
Various opportunities of internship to students

Dislikes

Campus area of the college is less than expexted
Conditions of hostels and mess is not good
Teachers and professors are not good in explaining concepts to students

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

Don’t join East west college of engineering

I applied for Mvj college and ACS college of engineering and I got selected I didn't join those colleges because the fees was much higher compared to the East west college of engineering. I didn't applied for the other colleges except the above mentioned those 2 colleges so that no rejections.the cutoff for cet students they take in the rankings below 150000 & the eligibility for this course is 10+2 in science back ground...Read More
