Course Curriculum Overview

4

I wanted to take computer science and engineering because I wanted to get into it industry. The areas where the teaching can improve is by teaching the students in more practical way. Coding should be taught in practical way not theory so encourage students to learn coding.

Fees and Financial Aid

My year of admission is 2020 at that time the annual fees for first semester was 100000. Then the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year fee was 95000. The uniform will not be provided by the college it has be stitched by yourself. I quality of education depends on the person teaching. Each semester there will be 3 internal assessment. And the labs are not bad. College placements are not good. I hope they improve the placement opportunity for the students. The fees depends on the cet ranks. My friends paid more when compared to me few paid 2.5 lakhs per year.

Campus Life

3

I had no freshers day no fest in the 1st year. Then in the second year we had fest and then in 3rd year no fest and finally fest was organised in the final year and that's the only festival celebrated when I was studying. There are no social groups, clubs or student portals.

Admission

I felt like this college was better than the other colleges. I got a seat in knsit and sambhram college of engineering but when I checked the review of these colleges it was not good so that was the reason for me to not choose those colleges. The management seats will be given until they run out of seats.

Faculty

4

Some faculties are friendly and helpful. Some faculties are helpful but not friendly. I'm not the kind of person to get attached to teachers so I don't have like and dislike in teachers. There are 8 semesters so there will be 8 exams for 4 years.

Night Life

4

We had library were only course related books are available and the books are give by the library staff we are not allowed to take any book without permission to study even inside the library. We had canteen but the food is not good it was a good hangout place when I was studying but not anymore. Sometimes library is also a good hangout place. And behind the college is also good hangout place. We don't have gym.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum for this year is the updated one. Its 2025 Scheme for the students. The curriculum is well designed according to the needs of CSE students for real life coding. The curriculum contains all required and updated topics which students from CSE background require to develop excellent skills for jobs and startups. There should be only one internal exam instead of two. Because, two internal exams tend to keep them involved more into college exams leaving very less time to build their extra skills. Thus there should be only one internal exam so that students can build their extra skills.

So final interviews and all starts for us in the 7th semester and before entering 8th or the final semester most of the placements are already done. I still wants to pursue masters as our university has tie-ups with American universities and our course skills can be bettered with masters is what I feel.
