Course Curriculum Overview

The course gives an in-depth knowledge about the ancient history of the country, environmental studies, Language, English and local history of the famous states. (Visit the official site for detailed knowledge of the subjects)

Placement Experience

I'll be honest, getting an internship is quite hard if you have some other creative skills like writing, designing then you may sit with other courses like B>A in English or Journalism to apply for an internship. The placement rate of the college is okayish.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is budget-friendly, the annual fees for B.A Hons. in History is approximately 2400 rs and as the course is for 3 years the college charges approximately 7000 INR in total. I personally find the fees quite affordable.

Campus Life

The college has a huge library which features the books both fiction as well as non-fiction. The college organises a lot of inter-college debates, fests and functions to keep us entertained and indulge us in activities other than academics.

Admission

I was always intrigued by the ancient history, how major happenings took place and how were the situations handled, that was when I knew I want to get in-depth knowledge about the history of my country. The college has a direct admission policy. Fill the application form and wait for the call from the college.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very patient. I am a very keenly observing person hence, I have a lot of questions, I love how my professors answer all the questions without getting irritated, instead, they answer in a manner in which I understand.

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

A short review on nsm

Someone who wants to take admission he needs pass 12th pass or equivalent qualification then after the college notice it's admission period of its respective website . The admission period start after the declaration of 12th result of wbchse. There is a good number reservation is available for the sc,st and other backward categories. The examination process held after every six months throughout the course duration. The exam level is not much difficult it's moderate to eassy . I think the college needs to improve their admission process in some areas like the process of its quite slow and fees of its also quite hard for the backward classes which needs to improve as soon as possible.
