Course Curriculum Overview

The duration of the course is 2 years. College offers various facilities such as Editing room, learning resource center, discussion rooms and much more. The college has huge library with plenty of books and journals. I used all these resources to improve my communication skills and overall development.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities were amazing. Major recruiters such as Times now, India Today Group and tech Mahindra and many major brands visited the college for placement drive. They grabbed the talented students and also offer best packages. The college also conducted placement sessions to improve abilities of students.

College Events

College events are the best moments in ITMI. Fresher party, annual function , convocation ceremony and all festivals celebrated here. Along with this Technical events, debates and quiz competitions also held by the college for the overall development of the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of the college is quite expensive. According to me, best faculty, outstanding facilities and great placement is the only reasons behind this fees. The college charges about 4.5-5 lakhs Rs. Per year. Internship option in many major groups are also available here.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities were the biggest strength of the college. Debates competitions and quizzes were the daily routine of the college. Along with this guests lectures by awarded journalists are also arranged by the college. Sports and other activities are also conducted for the development of the students.

Admission

India Today Media Institute - [ITMI] is a full-fledged communication institute that offers various courses in media education. It is also a part of india Today Media Group. College offers full time & part time post graduation courses in mass communication. The admission process is totally depends upon the entrance exam conducted by the college. If you score good in entrance exam then only you'll get admission in ITMI. I secured good marks in this exam and got the admission for full time diploma in mass communication.

The faculty of the college is outstanding. They are experienced and highly qualified. They are always available for us to clear our every doubt, always support us and help us. We learnt different communication skills and other career guidance from them.

IET Lucknow good or bad ?

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible after 3 year for placement they can show case their skills to the companies and get placement. Companies visiting are amazon, bajaj, tcs, google, Deloitte, flipkart and other tech based companies. Highest last year was 50 lpa offered by Amazon and average was 10 for cse braches. All majority of cs students were campus placed. My plans currently after degree is doing job in a mnc with a side earning by trading and editing videos or you can say doing a freelancing working part time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate the curriculum 4/5. Topics like programing and data structures are super relevant.it prepares us for tech roles, but could include more hands on projects and industry tools. More focus on emerging tech like Ai /ML would be awesome. Exams are semester wise and okay.areas for improvement: internships, coding challenges,and guest lectures from pros. Solid foundation overall !

the uniqueness of my stream attracted me to pursue this course and the cirriculum followed here is very much relevant in industries and also in practical life. special focus on skills rather than just theory makes hbtu different from other colleges.Cirriculum is designed in such a way that no student can feel left out after 4 years when he goes or placement. Exams are taken regularly and in very good manner. proper time is given for preparing every subject and there is 24x7 help available from seniors and professors all previous year question papers are easily available on the college website along with that all subject handwritten and printed notes are also available.
