Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is just like any other MBBS course and it revolves around practicality and less theoretical. They focus more on real life experience and then on the textbook curriculum. Exams and practicals are regularly held.
Placement Experience
The placement and job opportunities are beyond excellent. Besides providing an opportunity to get its students placed it also ensures yearly internships for its students. They understand the importance of a decent internship in building one's career.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For a MBBS course at Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences - [MIMS], Barabanki costs ?61.52 lakhs for a five and a half year course which is justified if compared to the outstanding quality of education provided and also it is pretty inexpensive.
Campus Life
Several extracurricular activities are organised throughout the year to develop a sense of belongingness in the students and make them connected to their college. It includes celebrating auspicious days together, cultural evenings, seminars etcetera.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is strong and closely connected to the college. They attend every alumni meet and take out time to help us with our problems and over time they've given several great pieces of advice which I am extremely thankful for.
Admission
I come from the state of Uttar Pradesh and I didn't want to go out for my higher studies so I began searching for decent medical colleges. I found Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences - [MIMS], Barabanki and I must mention that the admission procedure was very simple and quick.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is highly qualified and great at what they do. It is nearly impossible to find mentors as good as our teachers who literally go out of line to impart the best quality education and make us a better version of ourselves.
