Course Curriculum Overview
I always love cooking the food and the food industry is something this I think has a bright future with the diploma the, the course gave me the right path as it teaches us through the industry of FnB.
Placement Experience
There are some companies from aviation and hospitality industry that come for the placement drives offering an average package of 2.5 lakhs which in my opinion is not that bad. There is also a summer internship program in the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the diploma is comparatively higher as compared to the standard diplomas but it is because of the long hours we spend in the lab and the faculty that encourages the students to work harder which makes the whole fee structure worth.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the college is quite good and the labs are well maintained and all the utensils that we work with are also taken care of. There are many cultural events organized by the management.
Admission
The admission is based on the marks obtained in class 12 which is an easy way to get into the college without giving the entrance exam. I filled the admission form online and had quite good marks in 12th so I got the admission.
Faculty
The faculty is amazing and are really good chefs of their times, from inventory management to managing the pantry and then cooking the delicious cuisines, they have taught even the non-cooks to cook like e pro.
