Excellent Institute which offers an all round development prospect with huge exposure and opportunities as it is a part of historic BHU. It offers a time you will remember for your lifetime.

Admissions are done through CAT. A merit list is prepared based on percentiles and is followed by counselling of shortlisted candidates.

Course curriculum is more inclined towards practical applications and presentations rather than being theoratical. This ensures enhancement of public speaking and managerial abilities.

I undertook internship at IL&FS securities services ltd. It was a great learning experience and I also got a pre placement offer.There were a number of organizations which offered internship among them the prominent ones were ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential AMC, IL&FS, HDFC, Vcare, Allahabad Bank. Stipend varied from 5000 to 10000.

We had a batch of 110 students. All were placed. The highest package was 6.1 Lacs p.a. companies were HCL Technologies, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential AMC, IDBI Bank, Reliance Power, Reliance Infrastructure

FMS has its own annual festival names Unnayan. It has all the events like business plan competition, advertisement making competition, song, dance, skits, debate, poetry. The Annual Festival of BHU is Spandan which has prominent celebrities as chief guests and guest of honour. It has all the extra curricular events. FMS students actively participate in all these events. We also participated in Elixir the Annual All india festival of AIIMS BHU and Kashiyatra the all india festival of IIT BHU.

It is by far the most inexpensive MBA in India. The fee for Merit List was 45000 per annum plus 2000 per annum for hostel and around 2000 per month for food. These charges inculded all the facilities like wifi, LAN, Lab, library etc. The fee for paid seat is Rs 75000 per annum plus all other charges as for merit seats.

Loans were not taken by anyone due to the low cost. There wasn't any scholarship program which i am aware about.

Campus life is awesome. Gender ratio is a bit skewed in favor of male candidates. We had amazing hostel parties. People of different states, different social statuses, different religion and even different countries gelled together as one big family.

Hostel rooms are twin sharing with mess managed by students. The food quality is regulated by the students themselves under supervision of the wardon.Hostels are non AC but have 24 hour electricity and fresh water supply. There are 60 twin sharing rooms in the management hostel and seperate arrangement for international students in international students hostel. All hostels are wifi enabled and have broadband internet connection. The campus has a host of facilities for sports and physical fitness most being free of cost for interested students.

Excellent alumni network with seniors in good positions across varying industries. Shoppers stop CEO, LIC MD and many more prominent alumni. Wr have an all india management alumni association which has chapters in each major city in almost all the states. Great connectivity among the alumni.

We had internal exams in each semester followed by finals. Apart from them we had assessments from time to time which were mostly through presentations and sometimes through written tests. The schedule is neither too hectic nor too chilled out. It is a mix of curriculum and co curriculars.

Richly experienced with a right mix of academics and industry exposure. We had professors with industry experience which ensured explanation of applicability of theories in actual workplace.
