Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of all program offered by this IHM is very well structure and cover everything a student need to know before entering in the hospitality world. You will have 4 courses in this 18 months program. The exam structure is very simple. You have to pass in both practical and theory exam of each course. For practical and theory exams, there is a different uniform code . you have to follow it too
Placement Experience
This college provides internship and placements opportunities to all of its students. For diploma students like me, the last six months of our course is an training program where we get to chance to work in a prestige hotel to get ready for the job before graduating.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee of IIM is justifiable with all the facilities they will provide you. The total fee for 18 months program is around 46000 INR. At the time of admission you have to pay around 28k and in second term, you have to pay around 18k.
Fees and Financial Aid
it doesn?t provides scholarships or loan services for the students. However you can easily get education loan from any public or private bank with good repayment schemes. so I advice to go to any nearby bank to you and ask them for it.
Campus Life
The hostel is well equipped with all the sports facilities . so is the campus. We have huge playground for the sports lover students. Apart students organized few informal parties like fresher party, hostel party. And we do have food fests and cultural events on festivals.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is well built and pretty good infrastructure and the fee is around 30k INR per academic year, this fee includes room rent, wifi, mess and other necessary amenities. One room is shared by 2 students. Rooms are pretty big. common Bathrooms on each floor and they are cleaned every day. You will get your personal closet, study table etc. The food of hostel mess is good also, 3 times a day .
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is huge and diverse and spread across the hospitality world. you will get to meet them during alumni meet and have a chance to interact them and will get to know about their stories and might receives some advice for the future.
Admission
You will get admission only on your performance in entrance exam and your 12th marks. Based on these two, you will call for an interview or counseling before finalizing your admission in the institute . the entrance exam was very easy. So I think anyone can pass it.
Faculty
Just like other IHM in india, all the faculty members are well qualified and have great experience in the teaching. They are well aware of trends in the hospitality business world, try to keep their students aware about these changing trends also
