Course Curriculum Overview
The course is more application oriented and is more focused on the design application. We had theory classes as well though but the labs used to be more interesting. The exams were semester wise and we had to submit the project report.
Placement Experience
There are a lot of opportunities for jobs and placement once we are through with our degree from the college as it is one of the best institutes for electrical design in India. The highest package offered was of 20 lakhs by a renowned MNC.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is extremely inexpensive and there are students loan available for the financially weaker students. The entire fee for my course was about 1.9 lacs which is quite feasible to most of the students.
Campus Life
The labs are super spacious and well equipped with the latest instruments. The classrooms are big and ventilated. The students are coming from decent households and the college has a friendly environment.
Admission
I wrote the GATE exam and I was somewhat positive about getting the admission in this college and thankfully I got the admission in the first merit list itself. There was a small round of interview though during the counselling process.
Faculty
The faculty were having a record of academic excellence with so many published papers and most of them had their doctoral degrees competed. They guided us through the project and were super supportive throughout the course.
