Course Curriculum Overview

The course here offered match with the curriculum of the Govt. certified course for Computer Science and Engineering. We here have 2 mid terms exam in each semester and one end term. These over all give us 70 marks out of 100 rest 30 is based on regularly taken quizzes or practicals.

Placement Experience

Our college being relatively new institute, it has got great opportunities for CS AND IT related department. But other streams do lag placements. TCS , WIPRO , JUSTDIAL have come for placements this year and have given great offers to the students. Avg. Package lying between 4-6 Lac/annum for each stream.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee structure is feasible . We used to pay around 45000 INR per year as the academic fees. Apart from this we were asked to pay the hostel fees. All the basic expenses were covered by the college . We were offered the books from the library as well.

Campus Life

The Gender Ratio is around 1:3 Girls to Boys and there are a number of clubs and workshops to join.There is a high diversity of students as they are from all the parts of the county and some even abroad. Our cultural fests are one of the most happening time of the college .

Alumni/Alumna

We have a very strong alumni network as they are well settled in big companies and firms.The seniors are quite helpful as they timely explain us what's coming next which helps us juniors to be prepared for everything.

Admission

The students get admission to this college on the basis of marks obtained in KRUCET (Krishna University Common Entrance Test) exam. The exam is conducted by the university itself and is similar to all other engineering entrance exams. You can apply for the registration through the college website.

Faculty

The faculty of our University is somewhat above average with some professors having a Post Graduate and few even doctorates.Some of the professors are strict so there is a high chance that students may not like them.But overall the teaching is good!

Placement Experience:

Yes there are campus placement in my college,there were many companies approaching to my college.from third year on wards the campus placement will be started. the highest package was around like 49 lakh.the girl who got this package from electronics department,the average package is like 3 to 4.5 lakh . Around 40 to 60 percent students are getting in the placements and my plans after the degree was to get high paid job in reputed organization

Before applying to Krishna University for My BA political science, I Explored Several other colleges based on my requirements and some of other universities that i considered were Acharya Nagarjuna University which is close to my home and i didn't go there as i need a change over in my environment, Andhra University i didn't mee the required percentile as it was quite high and Osmania University which is in other state. The college i choose was comparatively better In terms of Budget Friendly, Traditional syllabus, Faculty expertise and location is very near to my place. The Admission is straightforward marit based and the Eligibility is 12th pass from a recognized board, The application can be submitted through online via university portal. The merit list and Cutoff will be revised every year and Mostky depends upon 12th Marks. Document Verification and fee payments can be done after Selection....Read More
