Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of our diploma program mainly focuses on making us experts of practical knowledge. This is done by forming a strong foundation with basics on which fine skills are taught to us. We have well equipped workshops for this purpose.

Placement Experience

Special trainings are given to the students from each domain to increase their employability. This is done right from the first year and thee skills taught greatly helps in getting placed in a core company. Also, the number of students gettting placed is increasing each year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the diploma program is unbelievably cheap. It is just Rs.50 per month. Also, during the time of admissions, registration fee of Rs.150. Additionally, Rs.250 is paid per semester as examination fee.

Campus Life

We have well-equipped laboratories and workshops for acquiring the practical knowledge. We also are provided with free WiFi facility within the campus. The college is always guarded with securities all the time, ensuring our safety.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. The capacity of boys and girls hostel is 150 and 50 respectively. Also, all the basic amenities with good quality is provided. Monthly fee of Rs.100 is charged for hostellers

Admission

I directly applied for the diploma course in MBC Institute of Engineering & Technology after completing my 10th standard exams. I had an online counselling session followed by the JEXPO & VOCLET examinations.

The lecturers as well as the workshop instructors have high expertise in the field and are also good in teaching the students. They clearly explain the concepts to us and gives us the practical demonstration of it.

GO FOR IT!!

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Shaping My Future: A Comprehensive Review of College Life and Academics

Placement Experience:

After 7th semester companies started coming and there is different criteria for different companies like some company have criteria for more then 8.5 cgpa will be able to seat only in their placement conducting it is totally based on company preferences. The highest package was 9 lpa and average package was 3 lpa. Around 60 percent student get placed in my department.

Placement Experience:

Here students become eligible to sit in campus placement from 6th semester. Many companies come here. The average package here is 5 lakhs and the highest here is 20 lakhs it's gone.Here 95% of the students get placement.My plan is to do M.Tech after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of my college is very strong.From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are around 50 companies visited in the college such as TCS,Intel. Microsft. Deloitte,etc.205 students are placed in TCS in year 2019. 415 students are placed in campus placement last year. Maximum CTC was 25 lacs/pa and average CTC was 5.5 lacs/pa previous year.After Jadhavpur University,the average CTC of the college is higher than IEM. Above 95% placements for IT,CSE and ECE students.There are around 55-60% placements in other department.My plans are doing some great things after getting the degree.
