Students become eligible for the campus from the 5th semester they can apply in the 5th semester itself. Here Tata Motors, LNT Technology, and Lumax Industries come to offer placement. Many students got jobs here. If students get 60% to 70% they can apply to the campus. I am planning to do Btech after my diploma.

The exam has been conducted every semester and it is not very difficult to pass the exam if one would read the matrix book properly and attend all of the classes. Along with this, mechanical books would also help to pass the exam very easily.

I think after completed all semester at least 65% students are placed on several companies like LNT for their good controversy with education.

College management is awesome. There are no bad qualities and remarks.

Because it's a government College and infrastructure is every good and the semester fees is only ?250 after every 6 month, And in Government college the faculty is every good with professionals and experienced teachers

At last.if you get this college by your jexpo rank.i would recommend this.and i would say you go for it.and if you properly enjoy you Engineering life.go for hostel.this is my recommendation for you.all the best for your future.

It is the oldest Technical college in West Bengal as well as in India as it was established in1893. and its placement record is very good from past few years. Many students of this college are working in MNC company in India as well as in abroad.

In order to get admission, the student must be minimum of 14 years of age and must have passed madhyamik examination with a minimum of 35% marks. The entrance exam JEXPO must be written and the scores must be submitted for counselling.

Admissions for the diploma courses is done online and the students must appear for the JEXPO exam to qualify for the admissions into the diploma courses. An age limit of minimum of 14 years and minimum of 35% of marks in the higher secondary exams is mandatory.
