Course Curriculum Overview
A well-defined course similar to other colleges with research-oriented subjects focused on the application of the course. The labs are available for the students anytime and are well equipped. The academic year has exams twice a year and they do have the internal exams. The course curriculum is maintained by both the students and the staff. Undergraduate, postgraduate courses along with the research facilities are available.
Placement Experience
The placements are good and there is a placement cell that would strengthen the skills of the students. This cell has been strengthened to cater to the needs of university students from the faculties of veterinary, food technology, dairy technology, and poultry technology for their placements in various institutions reputed nationally and internationally. Internships are mandatory in the seventh semester of each course.
College Events
There are many events, festivals, and competitions to relax the students at the due course of time. All regional festivals are celebrated in the college campus. The final year students in the college are also being guided by many guest lectures and workshops from the authentic resource person. These persons may be from the college alumni at times. The students are always motivated by motivational speakers.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is feasible about 71,865/- INR the whole course. There are merit scholarships according to which the fees would be reduced in the second, third, and final year. The fee has to be paid at the beginning of the academic year. There are numerous scholarships available to the students.
Campus Life
Apart from the course numerous extracurricular activities would help the students to rejuvenate them. The laboratories are fantastic, as equipment quality was high. Every student has individual equipment in working condition. We have a very good atmosphere at college and a good ambiance. There are inter college and intra college competitions. The competitions would bring out their talents.
Alumni/Alumna
There would be an alumni meet every year and that would make them united. The alumni network is well maintained in the college which is run by the limited number of senior students. There will be a book given to each student with the mentors who would be alumni and they would guide their career. Therefore the alumni would always have an interaction with the present students.
Admission
The admission process in the college is based on the Common Entrance Test followed by counselling. Students should have completed their high school with at least 60%. The application form is available on the college website as well as on the college website. The application fee could be paid online or on the college campus. Documents should be submitted along with the application and that would be verified at the end of the counselling. Based on the merit list the students would be admitted to the college.
