Remarks

Good is all about infrastructure campus life events etc but bad is just the rules they are very strict.

Entrance Preview

I wrote the VITEEE exam. They don't give marks they give ranks I got a 12000 rank so I chose automotive engineering i opted for this college because of the placement record, infrastructure, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent there is a system called ffcs I.e fully flexible credit system Time table has slots and students get to choose the subjects and faculty in particular slots so they can manage the time In vit engineering can be completed in 3 years also If you want to.

Internships Opportunities

I didn't go to an internship yet but what I heard from the senior students is students should apply internships in the college and college offers internships in industries etc.

Placement Experience

Vit has a very good placement record core companies come to vit and recruits many students the highest pay was 24 lakhs per annum offered by Flipkart.

College Events

College celebrates every festival and festivals will be celebrated grandly and we have events of our own like gravitas and riviera Riviera is a fun event of 4 days.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not so expensive the tuition fee for 1st category students is 1.5 lakh per annum and one lakh increases for 2nd and the same up to 4th category.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know because I haven't tried my friend is studying on a loan offered by sbi i.e a student loan. I don't think we can get any scholarship as it's a deemed university.

Campus Life

Campus life is just awesome no words to describe it all type of sport can be played in vit. Many competitions like robotics, coding, gaming many I can't even remember, and they all are very very good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel cost is also reasonable depending on the type of room you want and food is ok it's 41000 for south nonveg and 39000 for south veg same for the north food.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors are very supportive and helpful you won't find any senior student ragging a junior because the rules are so strict that punishment would be detainment.

Faculty

Faculty comes from all around the world good faculty with good experience and faculty just don't teach they give practical examples with projectors and practicals i.e labs are very good at vit.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty .
