Excellent Life Time Experience

Everything was good although it was unmanaged but still it was good.

I took AIEEE exam and got a rank where I was lacking from more than 200k aspirants.Got an admission in a college in Punjab & I joined.That was a pathetic experience.Applied in Apeejay College of Engineering & got the stream EIE, which was not a good stream but still I joined because the college is in NCR.Thank God there was no counselling session but yes the registrar was an old guy and he almost torchered me n my father for 45 mins repeating the same lines.

MD University has got a good name for the course curriculum but it didn't take much time for me to realize that previous year's sample paper were beat thing to clear exams in this university. Bingo, I wasn't able to clear one exam, MATHS. Overall course curriculum was good.

College doesn't provide stipend at all. But yes I was excited when I was told to do an internship with Alcatel Lucent. I went there for three days and then I quit because my friend has arranged an internship letter from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.

Placement was good but I never get the chance to sit in the Placement Drive because of MY BACKLOGS. Approximately all of my friends were placed. Job opportunities are good and our Training & Placement officer Mr. Tyagrajan was very good in bringing up the companies to the campus and also for the off campus drive.

Well college fests were very common in all the 4 years where I never participated but really we used to do mischieves from the croud.In one event I was the head coordinator in my final year National Conference of Electronics & Instrumentation System. Where my project was appreciated, Blind Stick at Bus Stop.

The college fees was cheaper if I compared to other colleges .But I never bothered that because this was my father's department to handle that I was not much aware of the college fees and about the financial things. But whatever it was I enjoyed. Especially my father was happy or mad on me I don't know know because most of the time I used to be in hostel although I was not a hosteller.

I didn't take any loan and also I don't know much about because it was my father's department. I never got any scholarship and I am sure that no one got any scholarship from Apeejay College of Engineering.

Fests were good and my college was known for producing players of Football and Volleyball & badminton.I used to play football and I was good with that playing at defence position.I also participated in Sprint races with which I was good with. Never won the first medal but yes got the silver medal for a relay race.Table tennis was the best thing to do in the hostel where approximately everyone was waiting for his turn to come.

I was not a hosteller but still I spent most of my time in hostel with friends.Hostel was free to do anything that we wanted.Mess food was worse than the pathetic, oily n fried.Credit for the Messed up food in Mess goes to Gupta ji. But he always helped m

Our seniors were cooperating and helpful Except the ragging part that actually I loved to be ragged.It was a stupidity to ask them anythingbrelatungbto study bcz no one knows what an engineer studied in previous semester.

It was a chilled out because we never used to go in the labs because there was nothing to learn from labs. But yes we always used to attend Internet Lab bcz we have installed Counter Strike in the computers and we used to play with loud voice every time a

Teachers were good especially the English teacher Mr. P prashad (pappu), who was famous for his dialogue : You uncivilised raskal. Teachers in engineering are just teachers who are concerned with completing the syllabus and scolding us for the attendce.
