Course Curriculum Overview

Our college is one of the best Eye Institute that offers DIPLOMA IN OPTOMETRY. Both theories, practical papers are included in the syllabus and in the last year, we have to serve as an intern Doctor in a primary hospital.

Placement Experience

The job opportunities and placements are always top class in our institute. The college has also eye clinics/hospitals in Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar etc were students can get placed. Internship is offered in home at the institutes own eye hospital.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of my institute is not expansive. I submitted 1.6 lakhs during the admission. The fee is to be paid after confirmation of admission. These fee are obvious charges as these are common for almost every college.

Campus Life

Various indoor and outdoor activities are conducted and all the students take participate with full enthusiasm. Workshops and camps are organised by college from time to time. Eye check up camps are great for learning and having some fun.

Admission

I applied for Diploma in Optometry course and then went through a college based evaluation test. I got admission based on merit list. There is a huge rush of candidates for taking admission in our college.

Faculty

Faculties are very good and qualified. Most of the teachers are practising optometrist, eye specialist that are serving in the institute's eye centre from years. Their way of explaining things is quite good. The focus is on imparting education through practice based learning.

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.
