My college life!

The curriculum contains subjects in the correct proportion. For economy it contains some of the basic subject such as history of economics, microeconomics and microeconomics in the first two semesters. Towards the 5th semester some subjects such as statistics are included in the curriculum.

As far as placement is considered there are no such opportunities in our college. But we talk about job opportunities in this field we come across various high ranked jobs such as Finance and Budget Analyst, Banker ,Market Analyst ,Economist and many more. So you can easily get a job in these fields if you have an undergraduate degree from this college as it is very renowned.

The fee structure is very feasible. The total cost for the whole course is approximately INR 7,800/- . The yearly fees contains tuition fees of INR 900/-, other fees of INR 1700/- which sums up to a total of 2,600/-.

Our college not only excels in academics but also in various extracurricular activities. There are numerous clubs here such as NCC ,NSS, sports club and many more that dwells integrity among students. We have well ventilated classrooms, seminar halls, smart class and computer centers. The infrastructure is very beautiful surrounded by a greenery that provides the best work environment.

The admission process here is very simple you just need to fill an online application form. The admissions here are done on the basis of merit in class XII. As the college is affiliated to university of Calcutta the minimum eligibility criteria is 50% in XII boards with English as a compulsory subject. I got selected in this college and was called to submit my documents in order to reserve a seat.

The faculty of my college specially for my course is highly competent and benevolent. The teachers are highly qualified up yo PHD levels in their respective subjects. Various initiatives were taken by our teachers such as seminars and workshops which helped me to communicate better.
