Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure for bcom is very simple and in first year, the course includes most of the topic from what have we studied in 11th and 12th. There are total 6 semesters. BCom aur includes various subjects like accountancy,economics business studies.

Placement Experience

BCom is a general course and there is no need for any job after placement after that students prepare for their further studies but after completion of the course they made to jobs of accounting or can be a part time teacher.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The amount of fees is really low. What different courses there is different amount of fees. For bcom general 1st year fees is about rupees 2500 and whole 3 year course fees is around rupees 8000. Any mode of payment can be used but online payment mode is more convenient.scholarship is also provided to the deserving students.

Campus Life

There are sports events,college functions,festivals and inter college competitions are really amazing and interesting. I myself participated in many of them and you can make get participation certificate as well. Labs are well-maintained and environment is neat and clean. The overall atmosphere is really calm and quiet.

Admission

I applied in the college through online mode of application I filled up the form and attached the documents required for admission in the college the eligibility criteria is the applicant must have passed 10 + 2 examination with minimum 50% marks.

The professors of BCom department are very friendly and supportive. They taught us in a friendly and easy manner. India very well spoken, highly educated and good knowledge of their respective subjects they are teaching.

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.
