My course Review

NIH Kolkata provides the student full-time regular courses and recognised by the Central Council of Homeopathy and Govt. of India. My course duration is 3 years, Recently the Institute has started a Ph.D. (part-time) course. As per the University rule, no candidate shall be permitted to appear in any of the University examinations unless he/she is having a minimum of 75 % of attendance in theory classes and 80 % in practical /clinical/tutorial classes.

we have been trained in 1st year itself for placement Conducted by senior faculties. Recruiters visit our campus was tremendously good. Most of my seniors got jobs at the time of internship in a hospital. The Alumni network is very strong. College keeps on organizing various events such as coffee series, alumni dinner, alumni meetings, seminars, etc, and stay in touch with us. It helps students to get jobs in various hospitals.

The fees is very feasible, but i am from a reserved category so i get scholarship from the college and my education is free. But my friends who did not opt any scholarship have to pay an amount of INR 47000. Also in my fees everything is includes by hostel and mess fees is excluded and i have to pat it from my self.

This is a medical college so only basic facilities provided us in a decent way there are hostel facilities for Undergraduate Students Boys hostel, Girls hostel and we have a big auditorium with 500 seating capacity are available in the campus to organise functions and guest lectures. A well-equipped Seminar Hall is available for holding seminars and clinical workshops. The college conducts so many training programs in different subjects of Homeopathy.

To get admission in this course A candidate must have a bachelor degree in BHMS from a recognized government medical college. After that a candidate have to fill the online form. The admission is based on the merit list based and preference will be given to those students who have good marks.

In my college, the Teachers and homoeopaths from different parts of the country present their views and share their experiences with the PG trainees and other faculty members. My college has Well qualified and hard-working staff, all staff are energetics and teaches the new updated syllabus. So many special workshops and seminars are being conducted by the college for the students.
