Good university for quality education.

The B. Tech course was a four years. The curriculum was updated and modified regularly according to its recent technology. In the curriculum, we have to study animal biology, plant biology, civil, electrical and chemical engineering principles with knowledge of agricultural principles. It includes both theoritical and practical papers. The exam structure was also good in our university. Final examinations are conducted twice in a year which was based on both theory and practical papers.

The placement cell of our university are very helpful and supportive. They conducts many campus interview for the final semester students by inviting many companies to our university. Many agricultural companies and firm like Nestle India limited, Sriram Fertilizer and chemicals, Amul Dairy, VNR seeds, pradan, Animal Breeding Centre etc come to our university for campus interview. They select students according to their ability and skills. They offer a good package for the students of minimum 3.5 lakh annually and maximum salary package of 6.5 lakh annually.

The students committee organizes many events in our university. They organizes many events and festivals like Celebration of Republic and Independence day, Teachers day, Foundation day, seminars, Gandhi jayanti, Ganesh chaturthi, Ugadi, Hampi Festival, Gowri Festival, Dussehra etc which were important festivals of Karnataka people. All teachers and students participate in all events and festivals with great enthusiasm.

The fees was not at all expensive. Yearly i paid around 35000 rupees. The total fees of the entire course was around 1,40000 lakh rupees which was very less as we compare with other colleges and universities. But the fees was not affordable for some of the students who are economically poor. It was difficult for them to manage the fees.

Extracurricular activities are organized in our university to bring out the hidden talents of the students. On its annual sports day, many sports events are organized at college level, inter college and University level. Besides these activities, many other competitions like writing competition, quiz competition, drama competition, painting competition etc are also organized which really helps us to develop our talents and skills.

After qualifying my senior secondary examination with 75 percent of marks, i took admission in this college. The minimum eligibility for getting admission was 45 percent of marks in higher secondary examination from a recognised board. To qualify for admission, students need to appear KCET(Karnataka Common Entrance Test). Students need to fulfill all the basic requirements for getting admission in this course.

All the faculties of our college are very helpful and flexible. They are always ready to help us in our studies whenever we need them. Teachers are strict and discipline. Though the teachers are strict, but they are very much loving and caring.
