All the Bachelors courses offered - B.A, B.Sc, B.B.A are three year courses. In mathematics, most of our course surrounds theory and formulation. We have internal assessments and vivas and end-semester exams throughout the course.

Since this college was opened as late as 2005, it did not receive much traction early on. But slowly and steadily, the placement scene is booming here, with lots of companies coming in to offer us internships in marketing, sales and journalism.

The fee structure is affordable, but it differs from stream to stream. For B.Sc, the fee per year is Rs 6200, for BBA, the annual fee is Rs 6700 and it is much lower for B.A- Rs 4300, because they do not need labs.

The government of Chhatisgarh has 310 scholarships reserved for the minority communities every single year. Thus, if a student scores 50% and above in Class 12 and has a valid minority certificate, then they are eligible for the scholarship.

The gender ratio is still low for girls to boys, but the scenario is changing for the better. We also have students from different states and minority communities coming in. The tolerance is commendable and no issue is ever raised.

Admission in this college, at least for the B.Sc courses takes place via an entrance exam. Before the exam however, you have to register online with your details and a small fee. Then your results will decide whether or not you are selected.

The faculty is a major reason why students are so comfortable in the institute. No one judges, there is no hint of partiality. The atmosphere created by helpful professors has helped us grow our personalities.
