Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for my program is very smooth and well structured. there is focus on research in the institute and the exams are not at all heck it since there held at the end of each semester and enough gap are provided to students.

Placement Experience

There is no placement cell inside the campus and you cannot get placed during your time in the college but if you have good marks then you can get good job later. Your respective departments prepare you will for jobs

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is feasible comparing to other colleges I have to pay about 10000 rupees for my 2 years B.A. honours programme, which is completely satisfying and almost all students could afford it.

Campus Life

There are competitions held inside the college so that students can enhance their skills. The college also organises seminar conferences and workshops for students quite frequently during each semester.

Hostel Facilities

Bihar board hostel which lacks infrastructure the hostel is not as good at it should be e and therefore I have opted for a PG. I had rent it at 2000 rupees a month and I paid little extra for the mess food which was probably better than that in hostel

Admission

The admission is completely merit based and there is no other way you can get admitted. You have to fill the application form once there out and fill the required details with your 10th and 10 + 2 marks and then if have required cutoff when you will get your name in the list

Faculty

They have good faculty not as good as they can have for a political science subject but good enough. The professor is have well knowledge of their subject though they lack experience in this field.

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.
