Course Curriculum Overview

The course I have opted is B.sc chemistry and from a very young age, I have an interest in science-related activities. The course has a duration of three years. we have regular weekly exam tests and practical. I always give my complete focus on my course curriculum and I can say that the course structure is very good and it is a research-oriented subject.

Placement Experience

The placement is very good for B.A. students in our college. Basically the placement totally depends on the interview and the companies too. Our college has a placement cell who help the students to provide a job in the related course.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, the fees are very feasible but it Varies from course to course. for my course, I paid Around INR 6400. which includes special development fees, Admission fee, Tuition fee, Registration Fee, Library, Development Fee, College Exam Fee, Electricity Charges, Students'Health Service, Students' Union Fee, Laboratory Fee, Sports Fee and many more. hence, I can say the fees are affordable.

Campus Life

Our college has so many facilities which are provided to the students. such as PlayGround, Badminton Court, Table Tennis, Gym & Yoga and Annual Sports day held in our college every year. we have a very big canteen with a capacity of more than 150 students, which provide neat and clean multi-cuisine. our college has Smart Class Room, Virtual Class Room and the complete campus is a Wi-fi Zone to provide high-speed internet in every corner of the college.

Admission

First of all, just fill an admission form To apply Study in course then the college release notice for the merit list. The selection is based on the marks of 10+2 and science background is a must with chemistry and mathematics as a compulsory subject in senior secondary school.

The facility of my colleagues is very much supportive and intelligent. The faculty use an innovative method of ?halk and talk? in which they use an LCD Projector, Overhead Projector, PPT etc method to teach us. some of my favourite teachers are Dr Dipesh Ghosh, Dr Manabendra Sahu and Dr Tanmoy Kar. they are very experienced.

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.
