Best Horticulture College

In terms of the infrastructure, the college is equipped with all the necessities for the students that are required to be there in University that offer courses in the field of horticulture and allied sciences.

The curriculum of the course is precisely designed and curated keeping in mind the minute details of the domain in mind which covers all the relevant subjects and gives an overall idea and in depth knowledge of the stream.

The students in my batch opted for both private as well as government jobs after their graduation from the college. They chose Government research labs, nurseries, interior ornamental design, seed production plots, etc. Companies such as Reliance approach the college.

Events like Totagarike Mela, Republic Day, Independence Day, etc are organised by the University every year for the students to have some time off from their academic oriented culture and day to day lufe.

The total fee for the 3 year program in the stream of horticulture is around INR 1L. I had to pay around Rs.35,000 per year at the beginning of the academic year which included the tuition fee, library fee, miscellaneous charges etc.

The college offers extra-curricular activities that are related to plantation, gardening and plant based research etc. The labs and the practical equipment are kept well and the college also has a library, a sports venue, etc.

The university is very popular in the stream of Horticulture sciences and takes in admission through an entrance test, which i had cleared with flying marks. It is a state level entrance exam that needs to be cleared in order to get admission in the college.

The faculty members are experienced working in governmental research labs at the state and the national level and hence have a good understanding of the horticultural sciences. Its application is well taught to the students.
