The duration of this course was three years. Since this course is a doctorate level program, the course structure focuses on deep research and practicals on every topics. There were laboratory works in maximum days. But the days were never so hectic because we used to get break in between.
It was a three years of research work. The course structure was extremely detailed and informative. There were several semester exams and project works. Sometimes days were little tiring. But, we also used to have fun while learning.
The course curriculum gives you flexibility to carry out the intended research but you have to submit regular reports and keep the faculty informed of your progress. You are also expected to write research articles and attend workshops.
The course curriculum has the desired flexibility of a PhD program. There are regular discussions, presentations, seminars, and workshops. I also write research articles based on my research and practical work.
PhD Horticulture is a doctorate level program which has the duration of 3 years. The course follows a good structure and focuses on deep research and practicals on the topics. The labs are well equipped. The days are tiring and exams are hectic.
The course curriculum was very effective. The curriculum was well designed and updated regularly. The minimum duration of the course was more than three years. The curriculum includes lectures, seminars, laboratory course, thesis work, group discussion, theory, practicals, field visit etc. At the end of the course, we have to submit our thesis work.

In the curriculum, we have to study about fruit science, vegetable science, Floriculture and Landscape Architecture, plantation crops etc. The curriculum includes project work, comprehensive examination, viva, laboratory work etc.
