Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was made according to the management view of present scenario. I got admission here just after my graduation. As I did graduation with political science some topics were similar in both.

Placement Experience

4.5

The internships were very mandatory for law related courses and this college gave it alot more Importance. Many recruitment were done from my campus. On an average 70% applicants got masterpiece jobs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was managed by the college management. And fee was very easy to be paid by any student. I paid my fee on a semester basis where I submitted 35 thousands after every six months for 5 years

Campus Life

During my time, the college's ratio of boys and girls was equal which triggered all kinds of sports and cultural events programmed in the campus. We even played many sports including cricket and basketball after our classes as sun was never acted liked a problem in a cold region like Jammu

Hostel Facilities

College hostel was not very good. We had bunk beds in the room because of which 5 girls occupied a same room. Washrooms were made in every floor which was kept very clean and tidy always. Food was also good

Admission

Entrance exam(MAHCET) were given in the college campus for getting selected here. Exams was very much difficult to qualify but I made it any how.And when college published their cut-off , just with the few percent I got admission here

Faculty

4

The faculty members were very nice and good. The teachers students ratio were very appreciative which enabled them to listen our problem very accurately and find it's solutions. They made a whatsapp group where they sent their questions and assignments

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well in terms of theory but weak in terms of practicality. The curriculum can be improved by adding some practical activities, which might give students real world experience.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

The placement at my college are fairly strong, with a focus on proving opportunities for student in both technical field and non-technical fields. various reputed companies visit our campus for placement like TCS, infosys, and many more. The highest package aroun INR 40 LPA. the majority of the offers are for cybersecurity. My plan is for business after the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen the course myself but this year due to NEP we had 7 subjects which is kinda difficult for us to study .only 2 subject are main that are major and minor rest changes as per semester, so last year my multidisciplinary subject was Geography in 1st sem and then Geology in 2nd semester. There must be some changes in course. 1. Shortage must not be 75% it becomes difficult for students . 2. Teaching method must have to be improved.. Colleges have a semester of 6 months, they give information in 1 to 2 months and after some time in the semester, papers start..they should give some more time for preparation. The difficultly level of exams are not much... kinda easy paper . In minor exams the time limit is one hour and in major 2.5 hour . Sometimes time is problem too ... As I'm humanities student and we hv to write in length but sometimes due to time shortage weren't able to write much contents but overall my experience in college was good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.
