Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration was 3 years. I got the best experience of my life in that 3 years. The college campus and environment was fabulous. There was a large library in the college with plenty of books. Computer lab, sports Center, auditorium all were present in the college. In short,the college gave all the facilities to students.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities was quite good. College placement cell work continuously to grab different placement opportunities to students. Most of the students also took the advantage and got selected in respected companies from our batch. College also focused on aptitude preparation and communication skills of students.
College Events
Events were the most interesting memories of the college. All events including annual function, traditional day, western day celebrated enthusiastically in the college. Independence day republic Day and all the festivals also celebrated in college by the students and well as by faculty members.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees of the college is too less. About 3to4 thousand rs. Fees taken by the college for each year. So it is the most affordable college for poor background students in Assam. Different scholarships facilities are also available here for talented students.
Campus Life
College focus on both technical and non technical activities. Along with cultural events technical activities such as different seminars, workshops, guests lectures were also conducted by the college regularly. Sports week was also conducted by the students to improve fitness.
Admission
I have an interest in mathematics and finance since my childhood. So after 12th I decided to do B.Com. I visited the different colleges but the one I liked the most was The Gargaon College,Assam. Hence I decided to take my admission in Gurgaon college. The admission process is depend upon merit basis and merit list published according to this. I secured good marks in 12th so I was in the first merit list and I admitted in The Gargaon College.
Faculty
Faculty of the college was highly educated and talented too. Our principal had an experience of about 12 years and he was best person to lead the Institute. I got lot of knowledge and skills from each and every faculty. They supported us a lot and taught all the skills of finance to us.
