Remarks

I liked the college very much. I don't have any bad feelings for the college only, I think Indian Govt. provide more money to keep the infrastructure as per International college standards.

Entrance Preview

I passed graduate aptitude test in engineering with 97.87 percentile and joined M.Tech biomedical engineering course at IIT bombay. I preferred IITB over others because of better research infrastructure and placement.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum covered both basic, applied areas in basic we learned basics molecular biology techniques, and in applied we study how to experience gained from basic studies would apply to develop a product.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I did not avail myself any scholarship from college though I got a travel scholarship to attend a conference overseas.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels were nice and maintenance was very good in the beginning we got single occupancy but later as the number of students increased we shared the rooms.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Established in 2001, the IIT Bombay alumni association creates and maintains a life-long connection between the Institute and its alumni, who number more than 35,000. In collaboration with an extremely dedicated volunteer board of directors, the Alumni Association works to connect alumni, support students, and build an unforgettable Institute experience through a diversity of events, programming, and services.

Exam Structure

Classes and lab works were hectic most of the time we were sleeping late and working during weekends to finish the assignments.

Faculty

Faculties were experts in their field. I like some very much as they were good teachers and inspired us if we were not getting results. I like prof Rohit Manchanda as he was a good teacher as well as a good researcher.

Excellent Platform for Quality Education

Placement Experience:

My Education Journey

Placement Experience:

Explain this in chronological order first any person need to complete degree with at least 50% above then only they will be able to sit in the placement. Placement rates are high if you have in depth knowledge about your study. Most of the times company visit Amazon and take Mahindra highest packages 1.5 lakh to 4 lakh. now after getting the degree my goal are to get job any company in Stastitical Department.
