Course Curriculum Overview

Post graduate diploma in management is a professional course which has the duration of 2 years and follows semester system. The course structure is good and well organised and focuses on practical knowledge. The days are tiring and exams are also hectic.

Placement Experience

The institution is excellent in its education and provides with various and abundant of opportunities to the students. There are internships and job opportunities for the students to grow and enhance their skills. Various top companies recruit the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of Post graduate diploma in management is around 1 lakh 50 thousand which is quiet feasible as per the education and facilities provided by the institution. Also, the course is in great demand among the students. Hence, the fee structure is feasible and affordable.

Campus Life

The institution is very good in its extracurricular activities. There are sports activities like football, basketball and much more. Several competitions are also organized for the upliftment of students. Cultural functions are also held.

Admission

ISME School of Management & Entrepreneurship is one of the top institutions in the country. In order to get admission in PGDM, the student must have completed Graduation with atleast 50 percent marks from a recognized Indian university. Then they well have to give the entrance and on same basis, they will be called for the admission.

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. currently nowdays placements are not so staisfactory due to United states tarriff and recession before that students placed upto 52lpa placemant offcampus and avg 11lpa for cs/it and in mechanical field top package is 12 lpa and average 5 lpa

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

Placement Experience:

our college has motorsports clubs so if you are in those clubs you will get very high reputation while the placements. one concern you have to consider is that the will have total 3 campus for the placement drives so the crowd is very high.

College has placement but mostly they are statups but there is no such big company who take part in placment drive. The student should be in 2nd year of diploma and 4th year in phamarcy. The highest package is 400000 and avg is of 100000.

My college is well known for its co-curriculum. It conducts different different competitions for students for example:- 1) Debate competition 2) Postermaking competition 3) Slogan making competition 4) Paper presentation competition 5) Research based activity And many more Our college also conduct Ganesh festival And celebrate the festival. The whole 10 days one day we have Garba other day we have dandiya we have singing competition, dancing competitions. We have a DJ night we have sports conducted on Ganesh festival. The admission process starts with a GK entrance exam called the ISME Challenge. If you score well you then need to move for an interview with the vice dean and 7 days later you get a conditional/ unconditional offer from the institute. Reasons to choose this college is the new age of faculty and facilities. The college being at Indiabulls centre gives you a corporate touch. I joined this college as it had a lot of Practical Learning rather than bookish knowledge. I didn't find any bad aspect as such but the college leans slightly more towards intercultural clubs to make the college life more interesting....Read More
