Remarks

The Infrastructure of the college was too good. The faculty Members were well-experienced and well-knowledged in their fields. The seniors were very helpful in nature. The term Ragging did not exist there.

Course Curriculum Overview

According to my point of view , the course curriculum of the college was relevant. It made students ready for the placements in the top MNC's. Exam structure was divided into internals and externals by the university. Internals included assignment marks, attendance etc.

Placement Experience

The placements of the university were above than average. Top companies visited their for providing placements to the students. Most of the students of my batch got placement in top companies. Yes, the college provided internships for the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was too low in comparison to other universities. The fee structure for my course was Rs. 9,500 for 1st year and Rs. 9,350 for 2nd and Rs. 9,350 for 3rd year. The course was of 3 years. So the total fees was Rs. 28,200 for the 3 years.

Campus Life

The college organised many types of events and fests for the college. The annual fest was one of the best for the enjoyment of the students. Workshops and seminars were also conducted by the university foor the welfare of the students.

Admission

The admission procedure was quite simple for the students. They easily got admission in the university. The admission was done for the course BBA on the basis of their 12th marks from recognized board.

The faculty Members had a vast knowledge of their particular subjects. They all done their education from IIT and NIT colleges. Some of them were PhD holders. They all had an experience of 5 - 6 years.

Faculty members are generally qualified and approachable, and students can seek help with academics and projects.
students should supplement the university curriculum with industry certifications, coding practice, internships, GitHub projects and real-world development work.
There are cultural events, technical activities, clubs, sports and other extracurricular activities. Hostel students can participate fairly actively in campus events.

Dislikes

The main improvement I'd look for would be more advanced, industry-standard laboratory equipment and greater practical exposure.
I couldn't find a reliable current official university figure for the overall girls-to-boys ratio.
The ratio can also differ substantially between CSE, other engineering branches and the university as a whole.

Placement Experience:

Haridwar University provides regular campus-placement opportunities across IT, core engineering and other sectors. The university reports strong overall placement activity, but programme-wise salary and placement data are limited publicly, so students should ask for CSE-specific statistics before admission.

i liked my campus life especially the academic activities in which we were participated , commercio fista was organised by mba students where we installed our own lil shops in the campus and earned
we went for the industrial visits like mother dairy delhi, SEBI noida, KPMG and our batch got so much industrial exposue in my time
Our classes was full air conditioned and for mba students we have sepration seminar hall also we have incubation cell for the new start ups

Dislikes

strict rules for attendance, it should be 75 percent or above

i have done my graduation in 2024, in my 3rd semester placement was started that time our tpo was rajvardhan sir , i called so many companied in the campus for the placement finastra was one of then, i have cleared 3 rounds of finastra 1st was apptitude, then technical round then PI with HR in delhi office in feb 2024 i have got my offer letter and then july i have joined finastra just after my final exams got over, RIT and expecially members of placement are very proactive about their work , after 1 year in 2025 i went again in rit for the alumni meet my experience in rit was very good

A Great Learning Experience with Good Industry Exposure

The college provides a vibrant campus environment with regular events, fests, club activities and opportunities to participate in different extracurricular activities. The overall campus atmosphere is energenic and provides good opportunities to stud
The faculty members are supportive and approchable and the college provides opportunities for students to develop various skills.
I appreciate the infrastructure and learning facilities available on campus, along with peaceful environment of Dehradun.

Dislikes

The placement process could be made more transparent by providing students with more regular information about placement opportunities.
There is scope for increasing practical and industrial oriented exposure through more guest lectures and interactions with industry professionals.
Coordination and communication regarding some academic and extracurricular activities could be improved so that students recieve information well in advance and can plan their participation accordingly.

Placement Experience:

The college provides campus placement opportunities with students becoming eligible in the final year. Various companies visit the campus for roles in marketing, sales, management and other business related profiles. The placement cell also supports students through placements drives and career guuidance. Along with campus placements internships and industry exposure help students improve their employability. After completing my BBA, I plan to persue a career in digital marketing and gain practical industry experience.

I dislike dislike in this college is the administration, not so much good, and there are many things that should be improved like Hostel, et cetera
And there is no research culture, so the exposure is less has compared to the other other colleges all over India

College life-A Wonder of life

Likes

The surroundings are really appreciated .But the only negative thing is tiediness in the campus
My college is very simple and its going in very smooth .Campus gives good feel to the students.Here people from out of state is also there so socially also it is good.
Faculty is also good it contains very highly educated faculty .

Surroundigs untiedness i.e the surroundings not clean
Lots of student union rushh makes the surrounding untiedy.

I choose econmics for my further studies, as I have curiosities to learn more about economics .Real.life examples expalnation influnced me most to learn and study economics. National Eduction Policy boosts the learning power of the students which is improtant for further academic progress.

Holistic Review of MBA at IIM Kashipur

Likes

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.

I chose this course because I have done my graduation in Statistics so this Masters's course has improved my profile and given me better opportunities for my career growth. Faculty are well experienced. Professors have done PhD in their domain and have a good amount of experience. Term exams are semester-wise twice a year. It is easy to pass if we study on a daily basis.

A students Review - Uttarakhand Open University

Before Uttarakhand open universityI I applied to Delhi University but there was no proper notification or updation for exams, books availability, or any other information was not circulated properly. For regular students, I don't know, but for distance learners, it is very difficult to study in Delhi University. They charge fees but they don't actually look for the students. That was the reason why I applied at Uttarakhand Open University. The teachers are much more involved in students' career than Delhi University. If I talk about my main subject, that is psychology, the teachers were interactive and co-operative while at Delhi University, I didn't even know my teachers. You can fill online application or go to the admission centre, give them information and documents and further they will proceed. You will lead basic documents like Aadhar card, 10th and 12th marksheet, and others.
