In our university, the faculty was given authority to choose the curriculum of every semester so they perfectly chose those courses which had some resemblance for the ease of understanding for the students. There were two final exams every year and also may internals and assignment submission for every subject.

The job prospects increase if the student does a bachelor's as well as a master's degree and luckily I was placed from the university campus interview only. But the chances were minimum at the university compared to the ratio of students looking for the job.

As the university of Calicut is a government-funded institute, the fees were less than 3000 for the students. It is almost free education as we consider other institutes for the same program. Students here were quite happy about the fee structure.

In terms of extracurricular activity, students were taken to several visits to the organization to understand the workplace procedure. Also, at the campus, several kinds of music and dance sessions with solo performances happened where many students showed their unique talent.

The interaction with seniors was good as they all have a very friendly nature but I did not have any connection with the alumni students. It was many times seen that seniors helped their juniors during the exams when faculty was not available.

I did my bachelor's from the college in Bachelor of Arts and after doing the job I decided to do Masters in Political Science and I applied to Calicut university and due to the experience, I got the admission easily. The admission staff was quite helpful in the admission procedure as I approached the campus and filled the application form for offline admission with my documents.

In my view, the faculty showed utmost attention to teach every subject during the lectures. However, the strength of students was not much but the faculty taught us regularly and completed the course with appropriate revision before one month of final exams.
