Courses offered in this college are B.Tech in fisheries, bachelor's in fisheries science, MBA. Bachelor courses are of 4 years and MBA is of 2 years but all are semester based. Internal and external examination are included.

The placements and job opportunities are good in our college. There is a separate placement cell made by the college to monitor all the placement activities in our college. The best companies are invited for placement.

The fee structure for this college is feasible and not at all expensive. The fees for all the bachelor courses is 40,000 per year which means for the entire course it will be 1.6 lac. This fees is economical.

The placement in the college are average and students usually become eligible for campus placements from the final year or last semester.A few companies visit the campus for recruitment, mainly offering entery level roles in technical and non technical fields the average package offered is moderate and suitable for fresh graduates while higher package depends on the student skills and performance around the fair percentage of students get placed while others prefer higher studies or prepare for competative exams the college also give the basis placement training such as aptitude practice communication development and interview guidance which helps the students improve employment

I came to this college because of the best placement offers they provide.From the 2nd year which is 3rd semester our institution training is for placements. Reputed companies like mediccin, Harmony,apollo etc are collaborating in our college. Highest salary package is 21lakhs per annum. Average salary package is 15 lakhs per annum. More percentage of students are getting placed. My plan is to get placement offers from my college..then after that I am wishing to be placed with higher salary package.

I had applied for engineering, agri, veterinary and fisheries. I desired to be an veterinarian and my second go to option was engineering. I didn't prefer agri. During counseling process, i couldn't place in the veterinary so i chose engineering in chennai. I studied engineering for 2 months. Then I came to know about the counseling of fisheries stream. When i went to search about fisheries. I was amazed and surprised about this sector. Prior to this i didn't know much about this stream. This made me to discontinue my engineering and made me to purse my career in fisheries. My coutoff was not enough to be an veterinarian (my cutoff -190.5). The admission for fisheries is pretty much similar to agri stream. The eligibile subjects are Maths- biology and pure science groups. The admission process is through counselling. You must have scored 50% in your 12th to be eligible to apply for this stream....Read More
