Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well structured and cover both theoretical concepts and pratical concepts which influenced my decision to choose this course core subjects are relevant and help build a strong academic foundation for higher studies and real world problem solving exams are conducted regularly and the difficulty are moderate which helps in continuous learning . However the curriculum can be improved by adding more industry oriented training, practical session, and updated teaching methods to match the current trends
Internships Opportunities
The college provides internship opportunities mainly through department guidance, placement cell support, and external company tie-ups. Students usually become eligible for internships during the second or third year depending on the course. Some students get opportunities in companies related to technical support, software development, data entry, and basic project assistance, while others apply independently through online platforms. A few internships offer stipends depending on the company and role, while some are mainly for experience and certificate value. During internships, students work on mini projects, reports, documentation, or practical assignments that help improve technical knowledge and communication skills. These internships are useful for understanding workplace expectations and improving employability before graduation.
Placement Experience
The placement in the college are average and students usually become eligible for campus placements from the final year or last semester.A few companies visit the campus for recruitment, mainly offering entery level roles in technical and non technical fields the average package offered is moderate and suitable for fresh graduates while higher package depends on the student skills and performance around the fair percentage of students get placed while others prefer higher studies or prepare for competative exams the college also give the basis placement training such as aptitude practice communication development and interview guidance which helps the students improve employment
Fees and Financial Aid
The college year fees is based on your cutoff you scored in 12th if you score above 80 percentage your college fees are free and the average college fees per year is about 195000 is average amount and the admission fees 20000 and the other fees like caution ,lab, development, are about around 35000 to 50000 and my batchmate score above 80 percentage in his 12th so his full fees are free and he did not even pays any other fees the college provide the scholarship about 200000 based on over project
Campus Life
My overall campus life experience has been positive because the college provides a balanced environment for academics and student activities. Annual cultural events and department-level technical programs are usually conducted during the middle or end of the academic year, which helps students participate actively and improve confidence. The library has a good collection of subject-related books, reference materials, and journals that are easily accessible for students. Classrooms are equipped with basic technological facilities such as projectors, fans, proper seating, and internet support in some departments. Sports activities like cricket, volleyball, badminton, and indoor games are encouraged, along with extracurricular events such as cultural competitions and seminars. There are also student clubs and social groups that help students improve communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, making campus life more interactive and enjoyable.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is decent and provides basic amenities needed for students. Rooms are maintained with essential furniture such as beds, study tables, fans, lights, and storage space, making them comfortable for daily use. Water supply and electricity are generally available without major issues. The hostel mess provides regular meals with a fixed menu, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options on selected days, and the food quality is satisfactory though it can improve in variety. Hostel admission is done during the college admission process through registration and fee payment, and the fee is comparatively affordable for students. Overall, the hostel environment is suitable for study and daily living, with proper rules for safety and discipline.
Admission
I choose this college mainly because of its good academic reputation , affordable fees structure and convenient location and compared to other college I considered. I had also applied to a few nearby college but this college offered better course availability and smoother admission process . The admission process are simple and transperant based on eligibility mark and the councelling and documentary verification . The document were checked properly and the staff guided clearly through each steps. Compared to other college this college had better infrastructure , supportive faculty and the balanced academic environment , which made it better choice for me
Faculty
The college faculties and the students relationship are very friendly and the faculty are very friendly to approach of any doubts are you ask at any time in college and my favourite faculty is the maths faculty dr. Muralidharan he is very friendly and he is best in teaching and he is our class coordinator and the all college faculties are cursed by knowledge there is no faculty to hate because all are friendly and in our college they conduct two IAT exams and one model exams and the university exams most of the students are maximum clear the exam few only fail to clear but they did better in the upcoming exams
Night Life
Nightlife around the college is generally calm and safe, with students mostly spending time in cafeterias, hostel common areas, or nearby tea shops after classes. The college cafeteria usually closes in the evening, while the library and most public academic areas remain open only during working hours. Hostel students have fixed in-time rules, usually by evening or night, which helps maintain discipline inside the campus. Some students use the gym or sports facilities before they close in the evening. Popular hangout spots include the college canteen, nearby snack shops, and local cafés where students gather for discussions and relaxation. The locality around the campus is generally safe to move around at night in groups, and basic facilities like food outlets and transport are available nearby, which adds comfort to student life.
