The maters degree from a recognized institute like this is a boon to the students. Once they complete the degree, most students get job offers from recognized institutes with good salary options. The institute makes a student a successful doctor and the career is made great while studying at the institute.
Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects like general surgery, anesthesia, radiology were in the curriculum of first-year and quite lengthy but comparatively easy with the second-year courses. Also, there were three final year examinations in this three-year course and the institute took internals before the final exams.
Placement Experience
At the institute, there are internships mandatory for one year but I have not seen the students getting placed from the placement interviews as the institute is working progressively on it. Also, the students at the internship were much happy to finally work full time at the hospital with an appropriate stipend.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees at Saraswathi Institute Of Medical Sciences are very expensive for mostly all the students as for the first year the fees are almost 29 lakh while for the second and third year the fees are nearly 18 lakhs. The total fees for a three-year master's degree at this institute is 65.14 lakhs.

For the students in their free time, the institute provides and organizes several cultural festivals, workshops, and seminars on extensively crucial topics by some extraordinary faculties and experts. The gender ratio at the institute is almost equal and the academic environment is great.
Hostel Facilities
There is separate boys and girls hostel at the institute campus for more convenience for the students only. Also, the students get all the necessary facilities as only two students live in one room equipped with a washroom and a balcony. Fresh food is served two times and breakfast in the morning at the mess.
Admission
Once I finished my graduation from MBBS undergraduate degree, I did an internship for one year. After that I applied to this institute for Master of surgery a three-year master's graduate para clinical course. The eligibility criteria were graduation degree and that too from an MCI recognized college. However, the admission was based on merit and NEET score. The admission process starts once all the criteria are fulfilled and the documents are submitted for an evaluation at on-campus with the application form.
Faculty
The faculties have done a Ph.D. in their respective field of interest and according they were given subjects and departments to teach the students. Some faculties were in the non-teaching staff to evaluated the student's profile and to check the exam papers and performance of students. All the faculties were perfectly qualified for the position they are at the institute.
