Life of a doctor

Our course curriculum is based on the detailed study of all the fields of medical sciences and surgery. We studied pre-clinical subjects in the first two semesters, para-clinical and clinical subjects in next 3 semesters and a further study of clinical subjects in the next 4 semesters will be done by us. In this way, our course is vast but is filled with fun and experiments within and outside the college.

Our college provides internships to the students in which a moderate stipend is also given to the students. The placement of our college is not very good. The placement cell of our college invites many companies for the recruitment process. The college hospital also provides us training for the better recruitment process.

The total fee of MBBS program in our college is about 66,50,000INR which is not at all expensive as compared to the fees of the other colleges. The per year tuition fees of our college is 11,30,000INR, the registration fees per year is 1,00,000INR and the per year examination fees is about 40,000INR. Apart from this, the library fees, computer fees and other fees account for 3,00,000INR.

A lots of events are organised by our college like sports meet, yoga events, basket ball competition and cultural events. Many workshops and seminars are also organized for the medical students in our college in which many famous personalities visit our college. Apart from this, singing and dancing competitions are also organized by our college every year.

There is a separate hostel facility provided in the college for both boys and girls charging a nominal fees. The hostel rooms are dual sharing and separate washrooms are provided in each of the rooms. The water, electricity and wifi services are provided day and night. The food of the hostel is also good as compared to other colleges food. I have excellent memories with my hostel roommates which I can never forget. Sharing food to sharing clothes, everything is just excellent.

The admission of our college is facilitated by both, merit list and NEET entrance exam. For taking admission in the MBBS program, the student must have PCB and English in the qualifying examination and should have secured a minimum of 50% marks. Our college releases two separate cut offs for the admission based on merit and NEET medical scorecard. If the student fulfill the eligiblity criteria, he has to submit the documents for the final selection.

The faculty of our college is excellent. All the teachers and other staff members are having good behavior with the students. The way of their teaching is really appreciable. They teach us each and every concept in an interesting and understandable way. They also help us as a counsellor in deciding a better career option.
