Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration is 5 and half years. In which one year for internship, which is mandatory. Placement chances increase due to internship so college focused on it. I enjoyed the MBBS life in SIMS because of beautiful environment, glamorous campus and awesome teaching faculty.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities were quite best. Many of the local hospitals visited the campus every year and almost 70-80 % students were placed. I also placed in one of the reputed hospital in my last year placement drive. Internship was compulsory so students got selected easily in placement drive.
College Events
Events were also celebrated in college on regular basis. All festivals, independence and republic Day all were celebrated enthusiastically by the students. Our batch arranged lots of technical and cultural activities for students and faculties and everyone participated in it. The faculty and college was too supportive for that.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure was similar to other medical Institutes. About 12-13 lakhs fees was taken by the college for every year. The outstanding faculty and facilities was the reason behind that. Scholarship schemes are also available on category basis and for the talented students.
Campus Life
College also focus on extracurricular activities. Sports week, seminar, workshops, quiz competitions regularly arranged by the college to improve the students knowledge and skills. Students also participated in all the activities enthusiastically.
Admission
The admission process is depend upon 12th marks and NEET score. If you performed well in both the exams you'll get admission here easily. I have scored 70% in 12th but have a good score in NEET. So in first CAP my name is shortlisted and I got admission in Saraswati Institute of medical sciences (SIMS).
Faculty
Faculty of the college was just amazing. They were highly educated and talented. They have a great knowledge of medical sciences and experience too. Our principal has almost 25 years experience in medical Field. Hence he was the best person to lead the Institute. Along with him all the faculty was too supportive and helpful.
