Course Curriculum Overview

The course is a 3 year course with 6 semesters. Any one can take up this course as only the candidate must be 10+2 with 40% of marks from any recognized board. The minimum age limit is 17 years for the course.

Placement Experience

The placement cell is very hardworking and supportive. They give their best for the students to be placed in a good company with good package .Many companies like Accenture,Genpact do get students from campus placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive is not the word we hear in terms of the fee as there is not much to pay as compared to other colleges.So we can pay yearly,Quarterly as the candidate wish. Secondly no one takes loan or scholarships as both are available.

Campus Life

Good amount of extra curricular activities keep on happening in the campus.As a student they enjoy and take part,webinars and other programs are also conducted for the betterment of the student.so yes quite impressive .

Admission

The college runs only 3 major departments like Arts,Science and commerce. The student can get admission in the college by online.They can download the form from the website of the college and fill in the details and get the admission in the required course. Payment shall be done only online like Net Banking,Credit card etc.

Faculty is the major part of any college. Here there are some experienced faculties with good hand on the way of teaching.Teaching method are unique here and candidates find it quite interesting. Teachers hard work are shown when the results are out

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.
