Course Curriculum Overview

The course is not so hard. The syllabus is combined with group discussion, projects and assignments and also presentation. We are also given marks of the attendance so we have to be present in the classrooms.

Placement Experience

Our college placement cell is not so active. We do not have on campus recruitment facilities available. There are no career or internship fairs organised at the college. We have to depend on internship providing websites.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee is nominal that's why we have such a condition of the college. The first year fee is Rs 2,700. The whole course is of just three years so total fee is Rs 8,100 which can be considered as fair.

Campus Life

We don't celebrate much events or activities. We go on trips and tours through the college. Last time we went to Himalayas for an adventure trip. The library is good but not well managed by the authorities.

Admission

The admission process is quite simple. I filled an online form of registration to the college based on merit. After release of my 12th class result I went to college for verification and got the admission.

Faculty

The faculty is highly qualified and dedicated. We were highly connected to each other. They taught us very well. Often we discussed on things keeping our syllabus aside. They were very helpful and supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.
