Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the B.Com hons course revolves around the practicality along with the theoretical part. The curriculum accommodates every new change, if any. I am sure that it still follows the same procedure.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities of the college are really good. I am currently working in a very happy and safe environment because of this college. They collaborate with many esteemed institutions who visit the campus and hire students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee to pursue B.Com Hons. at Karimpur Pannadevi College, Nadia is ?4,500 for the three year, full time, on-campus course. It is extremely feasible and very inexpensive if compared to any other university offering the same course.

Campus Life

There are several extracurricular activities organised by the college throughout the year. My personal favourite used to be the annual commerce fest which was solely organised by the students ever year.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of the college is really good and active. I make sure that I also contribute to the same as much as I can. Our seniors used to help us and visit us on alumni meets and other events.

Admission

I graduated from Karimpur Pannadevi College, Nadia in B.Com Hons. and I have to say that it has the easiest admission procedure and during my time, the administrative staff were really helpful and cooperative.

The faculty of the college is too good to be true. Talking about the commerce faculty, they are highly skilled and the amount of corporate experience that they have is undoubtedly unbeatable. They motivate us to become a better version of ourselves.

Placement Experience:

Yes, there is a placement cell at the university campus. It conducts placement related activities and programs for the students. Students are eligible for the campus placement from the 5th semester. Some companies visit the campus to hire the students. Some of the companies are E&Y, SAP, Deloitte, TCS and they have made total approximately 40 offers out of 100 students. The highest and average package of our university is 28Lakhs and 5-6Lakhs for the role of SDE. The percentage of students getting placements if about 40-45%. The seniors told me that the companies offer good packages to the students. I am in my second year so I do not have much information about it. After completing degree from this university, I'm thinking to appear for GATE examination as I want to do my Master's from IIT's.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester student got placement and there is no limitation for placement. There are so many companies visited the campus, such as (amazon, microsoft, JP morgon, TCS , infosys, Oracle , and many more..) , they offer more than 700 to 800 students. The average package of CSE branch is approx 22 LPA and highest package is 82 LPA. There are 80 to 90 percent student who got placed. My plan after getting the job is to work hard and explore the world.

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.
