Course Curriculum Overview
The college follows the curriculum which is updated as per University of Calcutta. Throughout my first two semester, I learned about subjects like Business law, principles of Management, Company law. Currently, we are being taught Information Technology and its Application in Business.
Placement Experience
The college organizes career counselling functions so that we could know about job opportunities. I also get enough idea about the competitive examinations and other career options which can enlighten my future ahead.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The grand total fees structure for B.Com honors course is 5885 INR, for all three years. For me, the fees is adequately feasible. The structure includes tuition fees, admission fess, registration fess, exam fees, and other fees.
Campus Life
The members of the student's union are known to conduct numerous activities. This includes the fresher's party, college social, and sports. I really enjoyed all these functions throughout my course span.
Alumni/Alumna
When I joined the college, I was pretty confused with most of things. I was also scared of any ruthless behavior from the seniors, even though the college is ragging free. But when I met my seniors, I found that they were friendly and very helpful. I was also able to know about the future prospects and their own journey with the college.
Admission
My admission process involved selection as per the merit list administered by the college. Being a commerce student, I decided to select B.Com Honors for my undergraduate program. I have to fill an online application and soon I was shortlisted. My name was within the first merit list itself.
Faculty
The faculty members were both expert and helpful at the same time. Most of them were patient with me and cleared all their doubts each time. Besides, they had time for all the students. No matter how many times I visited them, they helped me with my subject efficiently
