Very dynamic curriculum in the institute depending on the changing trends of the industry. Faculty is very knowledgeable and experienced. Infrastructure is good but the grounds can be bigger. More focus on sports room and parking will greatly increase the infrastructure of the institute as well as the study hours of students would improve in productivity.

I took SNAP rank 201397 99%ile score human Resources MBA was my first preference due to the standing of the institute specially for HR curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
4 projects across HR domain in 2 months in a BPO organisation with varied employee base. Awarded best project in internship organisation. Average stipend 40K per month.
College Events
NEEV the biggest B school fest is celebrated in Jan with case study competitions,simulation games,August us a business manager competition across the B Schools in India. Specialisation wise events with industry experts as judges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Among all good B schools in the country Symbiosis is known to have very reasonable fee. The extra Expenses in city like Pune are also not that high. So overall quite feasible specially looking at the kind of placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Education loan from SBI is referred by the college and I had availed. Very easy as the bank is 1 km from the campus. The formalities were also easy but my father had to visit campus to sign as collateral.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is good but the grounds can be bigger. More focus on sports room and parking will greatly increase the infrastructure of the institute as well as the study hours of students would improve in productivity. Gender ratio is maintained at 50-50. A great initiative.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very clean and room are big and airy. The bathrooms and toilets are attached. No AC in rooms but don't even feel the need for the same. Mandatory hostel stay. Mess food starts from good to okay to bad and again picks up when new batch comes with the same cycle.
Alumni/Alumna
Did not interact with much alumni of the institute as their conversations are limited with placements team. An area of improvement for the institute. Seniors are very supportive and fun great interactions.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is through the Symbiosis International University across Symbiosis MBA colleges. Very good pattern and relevant questions and cases given.
Faculty
In House faculty are all PhD. Industry experts are visiting professors with more than 10-15 years experience. The senior as well as junior faculty encourage the students to experiment with their thinking about the course and situations.
