Remarks

M.L Dahanukar College is by far the best college for studying commerce in Vile Parle East. Their admission process is quite simple and quick. I referred their website i.e www.mldcc.com

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Bachelor's in Commerce in Accounting and Finance for my future dream. I wanted to do something great in financial sector and this college is providing it excellently. Just concentrate in your lectures and it's not less than a cake walk to pass an exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement from my college are tough to crack but not impossible. A lot of companies visit our college with great opportunities for students who can avail them by their talent and obviously important thing their curriculum vitae.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my college years I would rather say the fee was the same from the 1st year till date.

Campus Life

Kurukshetra is the the name of the festival of ML Dahanukar college. I would be honest and say that it's not that famous all over the city but good in it's own way.

There are no campus placements offered in my college. The placements after completinh the course are great About 80% of students are placed. The highest package offered/expected for bcom course at this college is 5 6 lpa, About 90% of the students get internships easily with this course at the position of bank accountants etc.

Placement Experience:

De Shaw, and Bain Capital are among the biggest companies and lighter companies are also many. Visa and all are also there which are rare otherwise. For b.com though 30-40k is what is offered but I feel it's fair enough.

Mithibai College of Arts is Music to ears!!

Placement Experience:

Placements society of college is just a decade old and still top companies like Zues Capital, Barclays, and Icici bank are among the top colleges that have become a part of ecosystem where 30-40 students is what each companies hires every year. Not many though as too many sections and 500+ students means getting placed even half the students can be a task where Mithibai placement percentage is 60 odd percentage.

For B.Com which is as always a crowded college, making sure 60-70% students have placements through campus is a task not less than climbing everest. I didn't apply for any other college as I was in the same college for almost 2 years of HSC. So I didn't wanted to change my pattern and area.
