Remarks

The college is a short distance from my home, so easy to travel. The teachers are good and everyone will get a proper education facility. The bad aspects are the number of departments are less, the admission process is very easy, everyone will get a good experience here

I am interested in maths, so i choose it, there are a total of 39 students, teaching method is good and everyone must understand, exams were conducted in each semester, those who interest in subject was easy to pass

Class Size: 39Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Placement Experience

Degree certificate required for future job, no placements, high mark is required for the pg section and it also a criteria for the future job

Fees and Financial Aid

Study fees were about 500 and other fees like exam fees and there are many scholarships for those who belong to below poverty line

Campus Life

Here the food fest in the 3rd or 4th month from admission, books are available in the library, we can take it using id card, sports are common and department wise competitions, Onam, Christmas celebrations are good, ethic community, NSS groups are conducted here

Course Curriculum Overview:

Relevance of Pharmacy in medical field is unpredictable. Because to treat a disease condition medicine support is necessary. A registered pharmacist is one who compound and dispense medicine to patient. The also participate in formulation process in pharmaceutical industries. The syllabus cover almost all area of pharmacy. One of my suggestion is to include hospital training hours.

Its good until you make use of the opportunities that come up!

Placement Experience:

The college has a very prominent placement cell that provides special training in soft skills , logical skills, conduct mock interviews and also provide mentorship for students. Many pharmaceutical industries, clinical trial companies and retail pharmacy chains have conducted placement drives in Amrita. A package of 5-7 lakhs per annum is offered by most of the companies. The placement percentage is not up to the mark. I personaly plan to go abroad for pursuing my higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum had so many unnecessary subjects that had no connection with our courses like psychology, zoology etc. They could have avoided that. Jewellery Designing students also had to study advanced minerology . Which in my opinion was a bit unnecessary. Apart from that i learnt to improve my drawing and rendering skills. Learnt about new types and also the history of jewellery Designing. Tools and Machinery used.

Sree Narayana College, Chathannoor is one of the only colleges in the village of Meenad. Year by year new courses are added to its line up and collaborations with various departments are done to increase students' knowledge in various disciplines. It provides quality education with experienced and knowledgeable faculty. The admissions process starts in June-July. Applications are to be submitted online to Kerala University. Applicants coming under community and management quota are to go to the college during their prescribed time for admissions. Classes start at the beginning of July.
