All about ASET, Delhi

The good aspects of this college are basically the placement is very good and for an engineer especially a job is on priority. The bad aspects are there was not a good campus at that time when I went for it but now it has been shifted to Amity University, Noida which is one of the fine campuses of Delhi NCR. At first, you had to give IPU CET exam for admission but now JEE Main score is valid for admission. When the result would come then you have to visit GGSIPU to select the college you wish to use your merit. Merit wise call for students is being done to choose the college and course. All colleges with available seats are displayed in the auditorium. Then, after selecting a college you will have allotted a seat then you have to pay the money. The counselling is done in the month of June-July approximately. In this college, the placement which they are offering is very good as compared to many IPU colleges which is the main reason for choosing me over other colleges.

I had chosen the course Information Technology because I always have an interest in it. It is a good course to study. Faculty to student ratio is 1 to the 120 approximately. Mainly, all teachers are well qualified and PhD achievers. Some teachers use the whiteboard for teaching while others use projectors. Exams are on a 2-3 month basis approximately including midterm exams and end-term. You will pass surely if you will have some knowledge of your syllabus and you know how to write as well. This is every exam's golden rule.

By the completion of the 3rd year, the placement process will get started. There are many companies which visit there in which some are Accenture, Wipro, TCS, hanu, SAP Labs, etc. The average package is 4 lakhs per annum while the highest package is 50 lakhs per annum which is given by amazon. Approximately 70% of students are getting placed every year. After getting the degree, I want to go for a startup.

The fees are about 94,500 and it is less than other colleges of BTech. My father who is a govt servant is responsible for paying my fees annually.

In February, IPU fest is conducted which is open for all ipu colleges. Books which are related to our syllabus is available in the library. All sports teams are available on our campus and they go to the competition is as well. We have a Dramatics club, music club and dance club.
