Remarks

Management is good. They do not interfere in the regular functioning of the college. In case of any issue, any student can contact them at any time. It a good institute overall.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Yes. Course curriculum, exam structure are relevant, research-driven, evaluation is online and there are many intermediate exams. The process is completely fair. The curriculum and course are so good that I have decided to be a teacher and have also declined my offer letter which I had on campus. I have decided to do further studies in the same field (Ph.D.)

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement is available for students who opt for placement. Many would opt for higher studies and internships. The best student will be placed in a company that offers 12Lakh CTC. Then comes 8L CTC. The others will get placed in 4 to 5L CTC. Institute offers soft skill courses handled by Face, Smart, Ethnic vendors who deal with pre-placement training as a part of the curriculum. This is compulsory for all. The students who wish to continue with higher studies also benefit from the content of this as they would help them in getting trained for their aptitude and prepare them for competitive exams.

College Events

5

GraVITas technical fest - symposium, conferences, technical workshop, guest lecture series, marathon, hackathon, codathon, designs with drones, etc. Riviera cultural and sports fest - various sports, cultural events like drama, dance, music, and other art workshops.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible fee. As we can get a receipt, getting a bank loan is also possible. Based on your exam ranking you would get admission with a different fee structure. Everything is available online hence it is completely transparent. There is no additional charge for admission or later.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, the best 3 students get scholarships. However, others can avail of bank loans. A few will get a 100% fee waiver if they are the district toppers at their higher secondary. A few will get a 50% fee waiver if they score less than 100 ranks in the entrance exam.

Campus Life

5

Gender distribution is based on course. Mechanical has more boys and biotechnology has more girls. There is absolutely no racial discrimination. All are treated equally. Institute doesn't practice any specific religion and students are admitted from different parts of the world. So there is complete diversity.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Yes. Indian mess serving south and north Indian foods, international mess serving other Asian types. The hostel has two sharing, four sharing, six sharing rooms, and 20 sharing dorms.

Alumni/Alumna

There is a dedicated alumni office functioning inside the campus. The Alumni office conducts annual events wherein the best alumni are also awarded. They also contribute to scholarships.

Admission

I did my M.Tech and it was through the VITMEE exam. This institute offers courses only based on the merit of the candidate. So decided to study here. I was through the entrance exam and through counseling as per the ranking, I got admitted for the course.

Faculty

5

Faculty members are with adequate knowledge to teach the curriculum. There is also a scheme of guest lecturing where experts from the industry will handle the classes. Apart from this, few subjects have visiting faculty who are from IITs and other best institutes outside the country.

The curriculum is quite good. Personally for me the curriculum was upto standard and included many modern ideas. Some parts of it though are still from the old times were there's no improvement in core subjects. You ll have plenty of time in between exams for internals so as long as you don't procrastinate you ll be good
