Management is great. They are sensible and you have the power to suspend them when your complaint is proven to be correct.

The course curriculum is good, except for the FFCS system which allows you to choose courses and professors to teach for the given semester. You just have to know to choose courses in a hierarchical manner. Placements are great, almost every student who sat for placements got placed.

From the beginning of the semesters, we were given insights into the internship and places to look for. Almost every student gets placed. We have a course called soft skills for every semester that trains us for placements. In nutshell, we get trained for all 4 years for placements.

There'll be no short for events, there plenty noting gravitas( technical) and Rivera(cultural). Each year famous celebrities perform till midnight on Rivera. Rivera lasts for 4 days, this means you get to see more than 4 celebrities. There are also courses in specific events.

Depends on the rank you secure on the entrance exam. Till 30k rank, your fee structure would be 2.2 lakh per year, from 30-60 3lak. And from 60 to 100k 3.8lak per year. NRI gets charged additional fees for tuition, hostel, and mess. Every detail is available on the university website.

I did not opt for any scholarship or loan but many of my classmates have. They told me that after you get the fee intimation letter from the university you can proceed with the loan.

This university has more boys than girls, but a lot to keep you entertained throughout your 4 years of study. There are competitions with prize money organized every week. When taking students into accounts 65% are north Indians, so you'll get a chance to learn Hindi from a native speaker.

As an alumnus, I still get emails saying about the availability of placements and awareness webinars. Recently I even got a webinar relates mail about COVID-19.

I was already interested in this course, and VIT university was a top-ranking university in India. They first gave me dates based on the rank. Then I was given a token based on the time of the arrival at the campus. Then, when my token number was announced I was asked to choose the course. Then I was asked for the hostel and mesa details and finally fee payment.

The faculty is great, most of them have a high profile. They have enough network that makes their LOR of good value. We are asked to review the professor every semester for him to improve if any. Professors teach with PowerPoint presentations and also provide them to us for reference. We are also asked to refer to certain books for the exam.
