Remarks

College management is work for student welfare. The whole management team is very responsible.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Curriculum is as per the university grant commission. There are 3 units in our curriculum. There are 2 mid semester test and one final exam at the end of semester. The whole 3 units are covered in final examination. The syllabus is not quite tough. It is average. Easily an average student can covered the whole syllabus. I got 8.92 cgpa in my 1st semester.

Placement Experience

4

No I don't availed any internship program till now. But as per the data university has good links with the industrial firms and MNC's.

College Events

5

There are many fest's, Freshers, Tashan nights and literary events like debate competition, Model United Nations, Moot court competition. Trade fairs and a lot more events which are organised at regular intervals. I participated in many international and national level seminars and competition.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is totally feasible in comparison to other private university. The university accept fee in both online and offline mode. The mode of payment is too secure. And there is late fee charge if you not submit fee till the deadline given by university.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, I opted for the merit scholarship. There's a very easy criteria. Ask them for scholarships form, then filled them with proper information and submit as soon as possible. Because they provide scholarship on first come first serve basis.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is just fantastic. Chandigarh University is known for its campus diversity. There are a lot of extra curricular activities like many fest's, cultural competition, sports activities. There are debate competition, Model United Nations, Moot court competition and many more.

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, I opted for hostel. The aura and infrastructure was just awesome. Mess food is of average quality. There are 2 types of hostel, 5 seater and 4 seater. I opted for 5 seater. The room has two fans and AC ducts.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, here I want to give 100/100 to our seniors. They are really really helpful and they are very frank.

Admission

I made a call in university and then I ask for the admission criteria, they gave me each and every information regarding everything which I needed. I made a call in month of June and I took admission on 12th June 2018. They also told me about the scholarship criteria and other online procedure of taking admission. They help me a lot and I took admission their because of good scholarship scheme and the campus is too beautiful and 100% ragging free campus. My many friends already were students of Chandigarh University. They all give me positive response and I really felt that for me university is totally awesome and I need a university for exploring.

Faculty

3.5

There are around 50 lecture per subject in a whole semester. The teacher are mostly young around an average age of 30-35. Faculty is not that much good in our university. I am not totally satisfied by our faculty members. They are helpful but not at that extent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very relevant and prepared using alot of time and effort by the faculty . It has alot of real life implications and using various other facilities they prepare us for practical implementation of knowledge into courts and othe legal proceedings . The areas of improvements are very less and only one comes to mind that is the the students with late admissions should be provided with lectures for preparation of the topics already covered . The exams are very well timed and the difficulty level is that of the top institutions of the world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the courses is very well created, although the difficulty level is more. The curriculum also needs major upgradations with time including AI tools, proper use of technology with E-books in classrooms, proper usage of online teaching aid and study material. Softwares for plagiarism check and research resources are much needed. Also there's evolution coming in skill development courses with increasing seminars and guest lectures.
