The life in this college is the best any student can dream of. It not only helps you to focus on your studies but also helps you to enjoy and learn every aspect of life from extracurricular activities to socializing to becoming a great thinker.

Course Structure is totally dependent on the teachers. Students first can choose subjects they want to learn in a semester out of a list provided by the institute for that semester. The teacher of each subject decides the curriculum on his/her own. We had to do assignments throughout the semesters along with internal exams followed by a final exam at the end. Marks are distributed to all the above-mentioned ones so students had to perform throughout the year.

Placement in my department is the best in the country. It's 100% for all the years and that's the case with most of the engineering departments. Internship offers are also high but mostly BTech students get time to do it, Mtech students don't get much time to avail themselves but if they get then they also get internship options from big companies easily through the professors or the institute placement cell.

moody, tech fest, intra college Olympics, GC, PG Sports, PG Cult, etc. All these events are big. Few of them even see a large number of crowds attend from all over the world. Moody is the largest cultural college fest in Asia and TechFest is the largest technology fest in the country.

the fee structure is very feasible which is around 6K only per month and if you are Mtech students you get a stipend of 8k per month which covers the course fee as well as a personal expense. The fee structure is extremely low at the time I was in. And helps you to focus on your future.

No, I haven't opted for any of that. As I mentioned earlier the stipend used to cover all expenses including the college fee.

Campus life was awesome. You get a chance to do all kinds of sports and cultural activities along with studies. And the institute pays great attention to that. They encourage students to get engaged in various extracurricular activities during their stay at the institute.

Yes, I had opted for a hostel. The fee structure mentioned above includes the hostel costs. All students can opt for a hostel and that's also recommended as Professors sometimes takes extra classes at night which is easier to attend if you are in a hostel and you can access the labs 24*7

I had to clear the GATE exam to get a chance for the college interview process where I had to give a written test. After getting selected that I had to seat in 4 interviews to finally get the chance of admission. It's one of the toughest to get in in India.

The faculties are always available to the students. You can visit the office anytime. If they are busy or not in the office, you can mail them and they usually reply very quickly. If the professor is your MTP or BTP guide then you will also get the ph no of his/her to call anytime.
